Through therapy, you can explore who you are, gain clarity, and develop the tools and confidence to shape the life you want. You may have already experienced moments where you felt steady, clear, and purposeful. Whether brief or lasting, those moments matter. Together, we’ll work toward accessing that version of you more consistently.

I believe meaningful change happens when insight is paired with action. In our counseling together, we’ll identify unhelpful thought patterns, build practical coping tools, strengthen communication skills, and explore underlying beliefs. We’ll also set clear, actionable goals so you can create lasting change in your daily life.

I provide therapy for adults (18+) navigating anxiety, depression, addiction, life transitions, and important decisions. Many of my clients are thoughtful, capable individuals seeking clarity, stronger tools, and a deeper sense of direction. I enjoy helping people recognize patterns that may be holding them back and develop strategies for meaningful, lasting growth.

I view clients as resilient and often stronger than they realize. My role isn’t to fix you, but to help you recognize and strengthen the wisdom, insight, and capacity for change that already exist within you. In session, you can expect a supportive and insight-focused environment.

As a counselor, I draw from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), strengths-based approaches, and solution-focused techniques. For those who desire it, I offer faith-based counseling, thoughtfully integrating Christian perspectives in a way that feels natural and aligned with your beliefs. In session, I could share Bible verses or scriptures that seem relevant to the situation at hand and talk about God in a way that supports reflection, insight, and personal growth for the client.

Outside of my work, I value intentional time with my two children and fostering meaningful relationships in my life. I enjoy road trips, shopping, dining, traveling when I get the opportunity, and watching documentaries or reality TV. These activities help me stay grounded and bring a balanced, steady presence into my work.

If you’re looking for a thoughtful, supportive space to grow and move forward, I would be honored to work alongside you.
